Daniel Radcliffe almost made his directorial debut with the documentary “David Holmes: The Boy Who Lived,” about his “Harry Potter” stunt double who was left paralyzed after a tragic on-set accident. Gordan Dillard of SALXCO, management home to Doja Cat, has been named executive vice president of A&R and artist development at Capitol Music Group.
